WTMC Monthly Meeting - ALL MEMBERS WELCOME Epping RSL - 7.30pm Meeting start Members are welcome in the meeting room from 6.00pm onwards, if they would like to order and pay for a meal / drinks before the meeting commences at 7.30pm sharp. As per Government Guidelines - You are required to be fully vaccinated or have an approved medical exemption to attend this venue.

We are really excited to see you all at Lancefield for our first Family Ride Weekend of the year.   WTMC have made arrangements for a Souvlaki Food truck to serve you dinner on Saturday night commencing around 5.30pm for $5 per person. Note: You must RSVP & Pay for dinner via Tidy HQ (www.wtmc.com.au)   You can have your choice of a Souvlaki & chips, Burger & chips, hot dogs, dim sims and even finish off with a hot jam donut for desert. Vegetarian Options also available on the night. For catering purposes we need you to RSVP  & Pay by Wednesday 9th March 2022. As this is a catered event, we need final numbers prior to the ride weekend. You will miss out if you don’t RSVP

MEMBERS ONLY - WTMC Family Weekend Ride - Lancefield - NO FIRES ARE PERMITTED AT THIS RIDE COVID SAFE PLAN will be in place - please stay home if you are unwell. As per Government Guidelines, anyone over the age of 18 is required to be fully vaccinated to attend this ride.

MEMBERS ONLY RIDE ANYONE ATTENDING THE PROPERTY OVER THE AGE OF 12 & 2 MONTHS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AND PROVIDE PROOF OF DOUBLE VACCINATION TOGETHER WITH ID OR HAVE A GOVERNMENT APPROVED MEDICAL EXEMPTION, TOGETHER WITH ID. NOTE: YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY TO THE PROPERTY IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO COMPLY WITH THE GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES. AN EMAIL WITH THE PROPERTY MAP AND FACEBOOK POST HAS GONE OUT TO MEMBERS.
