Members are welcome in the meeting room from 6.00pm onwards, if they would like to order and pay for a meal / drinks before the meeting commences at 7.30pm sharp.

All current financial members aged 18 and over are requested to attend this meeting or arrange a Proxy Vote if unable to attend.
